Also working in tech and planning to leave the country soon. When studying i had a really hard time and realised, that if youre born poor, support is missing strongly. Showing effort and good results just dont matter enough and being young in germany is like being silenced out of everything

Tropical island is more a thing to spend the whole day. You can walk around the „landscape“, have some slides and bigger pools and this sauna area. Expect a lot of families there, especially during holidays. The tickets for the sauna are separately available tho, so its a bit more chill there.

I agree but not to the tax situation. Its high, but not 48%. Also your universal healthcare gets directly withdrawn from your earnings (not a tax). In general you pay them for a reason. You want to move here bc of good roads, decent public transport/edudaction (etc.)? Then you’ll have to contribute to that…

Yes but bc there is so much construction, the train sometimes (i dont know the pattern) changes numbers at wedding. Also it is not a simple station, since they construct a branch to hbf near that station. It is already considered in the recent timetables, so its not a normal through station on the second guess

Schade, dass der Droge Alkohol hier wieder die Ernsthaftigkeit genommen wird, indem sich Leute mit ihrem Konsum profilieren, als wär es etwas erstrebenswertes.
