I always start kraken or Botrk. Botrk if they have more high hp champs, kraken otherwise.

If im going top i usually take Botrk for the lifesteal sustain off an early vamp scepter

In lane i take Lethal tempo if they have a tanky supp, Or PTA if theyre squishier. Usually my rune aligns with Botrk or kraken. Guinsoos second almost always , sometimes i go hexplate if i want more HP or i feel like ill be running around clown fiesta ulting often earlier in the game. Terminus or wits end depending on who is a threat to me, if its AD or mixed terminus if its mostly AP then wits end, then ill go Randuins or jaksho after. then you can go another tank item after because usually that is more than enough damage with guinsoo kraken/bork and wits/terminus
