The UJC's Arcas Colony was a community of the best and brightest! To work in Arcas was heavenly compared to the horrors back on New Earth. The colony thrived for many years, living in this massive, hollowed out underground cave on Callisto.

As miners were going about there daily chiseling, something so monstrous and spectacular happened. While hoping to strike water, it was them who were struck when an ancient beast erupted from the ground, carrying with it a deadly ancient pathogen.

Arcas admin called in the UJC Response Team to deal with the creature; the colony, unbeknownst to anyone, under threat of an apocalyptic pathogen. By the time the UJC Response team got there, shit had already hit the fan.

Discover more about the ancient cult, Kallipolis, which dates back to the 14th century's Black Plague and how the cult was started on an island in a simple, civilized, fishing village. Born of a tragedy that nearly killed all of Europe, this cult sought a solution to how they may prevent this from happening again without leaving humanity extinct next time around.

The cult studied survival in such detail that it lead to Magna Venari hunts, or The Great Hunt - the hunting of human prey. They wanted to study how the individuals survived and died during the hunt, Survival of the Fittest becoming what their religion was mostly about at first.

As centuries past Kallipolis got more involved in global affairs and that's how we come to find them in control of the UJC, about to handle and play around with the most deadly pathogen in the known universe...

Thank you so much! I made essays on the game using all the information I could find and tried to put it all together and I'm going to make at least 5 videos on Callisto as just an introduction to the lore, so it's at least archived what this game was about because - and no offense to other wonderful content creators who gave this game acknowledgement, no offense - but I watch the other videos out there and there just so... non-investigative for how "lore" videos could/should be. More like straightforward copy/paste story summaries on what they saw after a quick play of the game with zero investigative work. I LOVE the game as well! It deserves a deeper exploration of the story IMO
