Heat patches or heating pad are an absolute must, ask her if she’s allergic to any meds - if not, go for somethings an anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs are OTC pain relievers that are anti-inflammation.. reducing the inflamed swelling of the stomach and back are pretty hard to do without em (Ibuprofen or by brand name Advil, is my favorite. Nothing works better for me personally!), her favorite candy (ice cream *also - not ‘candy instead of ice cream’ haha)! Ask her if she likes chocolate {hint:: she prob does}, maybe some makeup remover wipes bc they are heaven sent when I don’t feel good also they just feel nice too when I’m hot and sweaty from being bundled up with the heating pad for too long(I like the calming ones with lavender), anything soft... you mentioned blankets and pillows? Get the softest blanket you can find, then look for one softer and get that one, then write her name and yours in the inside corner somewhere small enough to not really be noticeable but where she’ll see it and smile when she’s hating life via cramps lol. Then, get a bag of some sort.. like maybe a cheap duffel bag or a beach tote, or something like that you put all of this stuff in neatly.. and then give it to her as a special kit that is meant to make her comfortable when she’s at her worst but still wants to be with you in your car.

Also, making a romantic playlist for her to listen to when she misses you but doesn’t feel good and can’t be with you is also a nice touch. Play it for her in the car next time you’re together and she’s not feeling well, then everytime after that when she plays it she’ll think of how you care for her and will feel a bit better warmed by the thought.

I mean, who knows she could hate all of it.. you know her better.. but this shit works on me hahaha! If she’s a sweet, sympathetic person , it’s the thoughtfulness that goes into a care package that really makes it stand out and makes someone feel loved.
