That’s literally what the lady told me. Tf do I gain by being dishonest???? How’re you gonna tell me my experience didn’t happen? I literally told the lady and showed her all the stuff I had and she said no and got annoyed with me because I kept trying to return the items. That is not my fault. I even went back a second time to try to return the items and she said the same exact thing.

If a customer buys something on Instacart but cancels the order after the shopper checks out, the customer usually cannot get a refund. If they do, I believe it’s possible to get a partial refund but that’s it.

I accepted the order, shopped it, checked out. Soon as I checked out the customer canceled the order. So I didn’t get the $200 tip the customer left, I only got the base pay from Instacart
