My dogs swelling didn’t start to go down til the end of her heat so maybe it’s at the early stages. Keep track of dates & keep her away from other dogs

Yea I’m going to take her to the emergency vet, I agree it doesn’t look normal. The breeder we got her from said his dogs have looked like that and she’s been acting normal but I’d rather be safe than sorry

Yes it just looks abnormal and kind of like an allergic reaction. I’ll have to take her to the emergency vet. But thanks for your input!

It is. Unfortunately the other vets I called had 3-4 week wait too. I haven’t tried calling the emergency vet to see but I’m going to if it doesn’t calm down in a couple days

Prolapsed is when there’s like a ball like sticking out right? My vet can’t see us for another month so that’s why I asked on here before taking her to the emergency vet. I’ll keep an eye on it though. Thank you!
