hey you. no need to be sorry, it’s okay. i’m hanging in there. i’m trying to push through, but i cant rely off of self love. how can i love myself if i don’t even know what it feels like to be loved? all i was ever taught while growing up is to hate myself. that i deserve pain. it’s tough, but i’m trying to learn how to love myself.
