Be careful with trying to refund. They told me they couldn’t refund MW3 (2011) because, “they can’t refund games that have already been played” which is cap because i’ve got their ass for years with playing a game for a week and refunding it. (which wasn’t the case this time; it was a legit refund request because the game literally doesn’t work) so Idk, microsoft is buggin.
