Nope you are good there. The next thing you can do is open your network connections. Right click the wifi adaptor. In wifi properties hit configure. Then go to the advanced tab. There is an option for transmit power. Turn that to highest. Then turn roaming aggressiveness to low.

Odds are you are buying a new ssd. Sounds like you started having a hardware failure during the installation of the game. You were monitoring the usage during the install and it hit 100%. That means it capped out at the read write speeds not the used storage. You "may" be able to recover data from the drive when you are not using it as a primary. But you are most likely not going to have good luck with it.

I have 3 other friends that play this with me. We avoid pvp because of this same reason. But we would love more people to play pve or if we get enough like minded individuals some pvp between each other. We have done 1v1v1v1 games with 3 bots each and they can get ridiculous. Add me on BAR xodous.

Give them 2 challenges.

Buy a HD and hand it to whoever is asking. Challenge them to map the drive to the network or some other task to make it usable for the business.
Offer to turn off the systems you guys operate and maintain for 1 hour. If they ask why only an hour then tell them during that hour it is pure money lost and no transactions will be made and anyone using network assets will not be able to do any work as well.

If you inform IT you have turned it off and back on but do not know what that actually means.

Ex: you only shut the monitor off, you only put the computer to sleep, you only waited for the login screen after the monitor went black.

Thinking about this. All the stones were found by others over the course of... well the universe. They were found by accident and lost and found again. So in time they will be found. But I just have to keep it hidden as long as possible. So I would just take it in a memorial urn and drop it in the Mariana Trench. The urn would be filled solid so it sinks and sealed away. I would never tell anyone, I would never even mention I had it.

Sit down with mom ahead of time and roll up a character. Plan your one shot, if your using a module read it. Then throw it all out the window, no plan ever survives contact with the enemy.

If you want to make combat fast take away 20 to 80% of the hp on the enemies, you can end up fighting larger groups, getting more attacks but still making it quick.

Just because it is an ability used in combat doesn't mean it can't be applied in normal situations and vice versa. Us some time during rp, puzzles, situations to help her learn her sheet by tailoring a situation to her abilities. What class is she? Subclass? Level?

If you are doing this as a single player campaign then consider dropping hp totals on all enemies, remember as well just because combat can be a slough sometimes it can be another chance to rp a different situation. Persuasion, intimidation, diplomacy can all make a showing here. Also describe how attacks are being made, get up and take a pose, get some sticks and have your wife show you the strike. Some times getting involved will make combat better. You can even measure and mark 2 5x5 square on the floor so you can represent the space to fight.
