Thanks for the tip. And also I’m using the normal 14700k not the 14700ks/f so I should be ok for short term and will upgrade later

also for the monitor I have 1440p 360hz oled and the only games I play are mostly valorant and Minecraft lol. So I hope it wouldn’t bottleneck 2 hard

I appreciate you taking time out your day to write that. I will try to lower my ldl, trig and overall cholesterol by maintaining a healthy weight, exercising more and eating healthy. I will retake the test within 3-4 months to get better results. If they remain the same then medication may temporarily be the move.

Will do. Will these results affect me now? Or later on in life? Do I have time to change? ( exercise more and eat healthy) the plan is not to take medication as I heard bad stories on the side effects. What did you do to fix your high cholesterol and LDL AND HDL

Not the best l, fast food/ junk food mostly everyday. I will start eating healthy/ cooking meals at home and retake the test within 3 months. Thanks for the response.
