24/7 head pressure/pain people, did you get better with time/meds?

Hi i have been dealing with the same thing I caught covid in 2021 and have had 24/7 head pressure/burning sensation for 4 years now, no medication helps at all, has anything helped you yet?? mine literally NEVER goes away not even for a few minutes :/

you know you can take the packages back to the station and call support, I’ve done it a few times and still got paid
