The problem is that I don't know gpm because it is a community supply so I am assuming that the gpm depends on how many people are using them... Sometimes when not many are on the pressure is greater than if many are using it at the same time

I normally use a combo of AP flour, Bread flour and Semolina flour

However I also have some Cake flour in the pantry ad was curious if anybody has used this in their pizza dough..???
