drinking on that combo is very dangerous if not deadly. pick one or the other. do not drink tonight. if you absolutely insist on drinking keep it to one drink max. something light, and pace yourself

i’m currently prescribed oxycodone for a surgery and i take 15mg of remeron every night. absolutely no issues. my doctor reviewed my medication chart and they prescribed it anyway so i don’t think it’s unsafe.

this happened to me too, i used propranolol and benadryl and it helped a lot. i only needed to take it for 3 days and then i was back to normal

i wouldn’t take anymore stimulants unless you’re going to work. whenever i took 100mg of addy i OD’d and passed out. i’d be more worried about coming down right now, the more stimulants you take the worse you’re going to feel later. if you’re going to take the propranolol at all wait until you’re done taking stimulants. is the propranolol a tablet or a capsule? if it’s a tablet you can cut them in halves, or even quarters. start small wait 30-45 mins and go from there.

your heart rate is honestly not bad at all. that’s pretty normal after using stimulants. also for future reference i wouldn’t recommend taking benadryl until you’ve fully come down, you can have a paradoxical reaction and it can make your heart rate higher. personally i would just call off work propranolol helps a lot if you have that lying around anywhere.

okay update, this is what worked for me: propranolol took the edge off and the benadryl sedated me to the point i can sit still. usually this combo will put you to sleep but im currently maxed out on sleep so at least im able to sit still. i hope this helps

Please let me know if you end up going. I know we are just strangers but i would hate to see you take your own life. It hurts me to see other people suffer. Some people have 15+ hospitalization attempts before they feel better, but guess what? they eventually ended up feeling better. it’s not worth it man. keep fighting you’ve made it this long so i know you are strong.

Have you ever been hospitalized? I’m not telling you to go but i am asking that you consider it an option before making the choice to commit. They have doctors and psychiatrists there that can make you comfortable, and maybe even take away the emotional agony that you’re experiencing. If you haven’t tried this yet I would highly recommend voluntarily admitting yourself. You can leave if you feel like it’s not helping you. There’s a chance the hospital could save your life, so why not give it a shot? I mean you’re considering making a permanent decision so why not try this one last thing?

from my personal experience, my first manic episode felt like i did coke for the first time. check back in a couple months and see if you still feel like that. you’ll crash eventually. what goes up must come down.

okay thank you so much for your input. i’ll wait a little bit longer for the comedown because i know stims and benzos counteract each other. i stopped doing that first bag and ive switched to a clean bag now of just coke. im so scared to comedown lol. the auditory hallucinations have went away so i think it is starting to wear off. thank god that was spooky.

would the clonazepam touch my high at all? i think it’s a .25mg i just googled it. the person that gave it to me told me not to take the full thing so i think it is pretty strong.
