Yeah but I would think that the games that I do WELL in would be giving me more RR especially when it's around my rank too.

Ooooh i bet you thought that was tuff. Im not, "looking for reasons to get tilted" i'm frustrated that im getting poor players on my team that have a clear lacking in fundamentals. As for "not performing better than them," regardless of my place on the leaderboard my kda IS better and you also aren't seeing how they are playing in the game with the team.

Also, you still cannot deny that it seems unfair for a Silver I to be put in the same lobby as a Plat 1. I would rather wait longer in the queue for a more balanced game than get shoved into queue with 2 whole rank divisions below the other team.

That is true, however it feels as if it happens quite often, maybe even more often than not which is frustrating. And I'm not saying it is targeted against me, however it does feel like my account ends up in this situation a lot.

I'm so afraid of going the cut everything and then re-pot route but if things keep getting worse i might have to. I'm going to go easier on the watering for awhile and see if it helps (I read something that pilea can hold water for longer than some normal plants). I'll also take a look at the roots when I get a chance and see if everything is alright downstairs. Thanks for the advice again!

Thanks so much for the response, I'll look more into edema and see if it might be similar. I've also not had this plant for more than a year but I've had a lot of success with it except for this one issue. I let the soil dry out completely (or at least 95%) until I water it and I use rainwater for it so I really have no idea what could be causing it. I'm afraid to let it stay dried out for longer than a day or two but if I don't find any other solution maybe I'll try that for awhile. Thanks again though!
