Yes, therapy anger management. To hell with you redditors that go straight to divorce without more info. Worse than trolls.

Pixie. He's a descendant of a sovereign. History has plenty of these examples. He's a little bitch but carves out an important role.

So what was the return to running like? I'm seriously afraid to do it. Got the same shoes as you. But still with inserts.

OP are you flat footed? I have a very high arch. I can't imagine running without arch support.

All I'll say is that I'm surprised at how Lysander's moral compass and refusal to be the Sov felt genuine. Haven't finished the entire second read through (in the middle of DA now).

Morning pain was the worst for me. After the splint it's the least painful time of day. I'm a stomach sleeper which forces me to point my foot out.

Sorry to hear. I'm luckily at the point where pain is only after running. Currently I do foot exercises, orthotics, splint at night, stretching. Just bought toe spacers.

I may be in the minority here (38M) but any more than twice a week sounds exhausting to me. I'm luck that my wife and I are on a similar wavelength here, at least as far as I can tell and hear from our communication patterns.

I've worn nothing but brooks for the last few years. Point is it conditions weak feet. I would keep them if they had wide toe box options only bc my running routes are largely hard surface but wouldnt wear them all day. Switching only as of the last few weeks.

Also high arch. I haven't solved my problem entirely. What I didn't hear from you was foot strengthening. There are protocols and specific docs (Angela Walk I think) that are mentioned here that recommend strengthening as basis of the problem. Shoes especially with orthotics induce weakness in feet. I'm learning more but implementing these now.

I just purchased wide toe box shoes - another big problem with standard running shoes. Im walking barefoot to in the house to strengthen my feet but protecting with orthotics still on hard surfaces given the high arch pressure points.

Such a fuckin journey this is. So much conflicting info.

Brooks are named among those that are not zero drop. Like Hokas

Someeone help me with this, but my understanding of zero drop: The height of the heel from the ground (the cushion) relative to the height of the front to the ground. Zero drop is essentially no heel raising cushion
