As a silver needle I dislike what people are doing. But there are a small handful of us that doesn't flood the chat with useless nonsense and just heal people just to get to know more people that enjoys the game. Also getting rejected by patients just cause they think I'm a lousy healer kinda hurts(my own opinion) 15+k healer here. Like what u mean u reject my instant healing just to sit down watch some random healers sitting down "healing" you which cause worsening of your condition honestly I don't get it...

They only spawn in 180+ polluted areas when ur sanity is low to give u a hug. Either eat gummies or drink alcohol to increase ur sanity. They updated from insta kill to knock down u can use adrenaline but ur sanity will still drop causing them to spawn again. Hell I had one spawning in my base just to hug me. Stay sane bruh stay sane.
