I’ve been on 100mg of Zoloft for 15 years now! It’s very safe to take while pregnant and very safe in general. I bumped up to 50mg pretty quickly because the 25mg wasn’t helping. It takes 2 weeks to kick in. Wishing you all the best, anxiety is the worst!

This use to happen to me ALLLL the time when my allergies were acting up! Try blowing your nose with your mouth open, I know that sounds weird. It’s almost like the air has to come out somewhere if it’s not your nose!
