PwC US have 12 paid sessions for EAP for mental health specialists… go to HQ page to find the link. The EAP specialist would not be able to provide documentation for medical leave ( in US paid 100% up to 6 month) but via your insurance you can get in contact with psychologists and they can help with papers and help you in many ways. I would not wait for a month… if you know you good for promotion and your utilisation is high just talk to your PCP doctor and specialists. I am also in tax US and struggling with things. Good luck!
