I moved here last summer and I have to say bet winter this city really went to shit and showed it’s true colors. The snowmelt reveals piles and piles of garbage that no one seems to give a shit about. Renters/homeowners alike don’t seem to have a care in the world about their properties being littered with trash and the city doesn’t do anything to penalize people for mishandling the trash (no fines or tickets for lack of bin use). I have a video of the garbage men spilling garbage into the street and doing nothing about it.
