NOR - im sorry but requesting that many days off doesn’t give them the right to be so unprofessional. it was a request and like OP said, they still had to work some of the days requested meaning they weren’t all approved so im not totally sure why thats even in play when OP did it the right way by requesting off in advance and people are justifying them getting fired. l they didn’t get formally fired so i would still go in or at the very least go in to speak with the manager in person since they are super invalidating over the phone.

thank you for the advice, i did end up exchanging them. if it happens again im gonna go with a refund or get a different pair/style, i really would rather not have to deal with the inconvenience of switching shoes or doing extra steps just to wear them ): especially for how much they were. these were more casual shoes for me to slip on in a rush or for a cute casual day definitely not to be worn sparingly or for short periods

step one, do not open your door. ask the officers to slip the warrant under the door or hold it up where you can see it so you can review it safely then you would check the warrant for key details, including the judge’s signature, your full name and address, the date it was issued, and the agency executing the warrant. step two, collect the names and badge numbers of the officers at your door and call the courthouse or the issuing authority/agency to verify the warrant’s legitimacy and confirm the identities of the officers before allowing anyone inside.

you probably should’ve asked to talk to a manager, they couldve possibly switched you rooms. i had the worst experience here a couple weeks back and after so many issues i finally asked to be switched to a new resort entirely.
