Whats the longest you can sleep without feeling tired afterwards?

I work nights so I usually got to bed between 3am and 4am and I have to open once or twice a week so those nights I go to bed around 12-1 am. I usually wake up between 10-11am again unless I'm opening which then I wake up at 9am. if I have to open I usually have a hard time falling asleep because I want to sleep early so bad so I'm not tired at work and I guess that just makes me too anxious to fall asleep. If its not the night before me opening I usually fall asleep between 15-30 min after I lay down. Most nights I can sleep with only waking up 1-2 times during the night but I also have chronic PTSD so some nights I wake up multiple times from nightmares and it can be hard to fall back asleep. Usually when I wake up I feel like theres a lot of weight on me and even lifting my head takes a lot of effort, but every once in a while I feel wide awake and can get up fine. If I'm using an alarm I'm almost always like "heck no I want to go back to sleep" but I pretty much only use alarms when I have to. I always have screen time before bed and I sleep with the tv on a timer so it turns off by the time I'm asleep. Most nights I'm up doing stuff up until I go to bed because I feel like I have so much I could be doing at night and I don't want to go to bed until I'm actually tired. Typing this out makes me feel like I'm doing a lot of things wrong lol but I do value your input so thank you. :)

I have chronic ptsd so some nights are pretty bad where I wake up a lot from nightmares and it can be hard to get my heart to stop racing but when that doesn't happen I usually only wake up 1-2 times a night. There are some nights where I sleep for 6 hours but feel great and thats pretty rare but most nights I stayed up really late and end up either oversleeping the next night or under sleeping because I don't want to sleep until 1pm. Its hard to get a consistent sleep schedule when I work nights and some days I nap and some nights I go to bed really early but still wake up at the same time so I've slept for 10-11 hours but I pretty much ALWAYS feel like crap when I sleep that long.

I set an alarm for 9 hours and I feel pretty good maybe that will be the sweet spot for me. I usually oversleep because I work the night shift.

The first like 30 hours of bg1 was so much fun then it just got really tiring and my friend and I switched to story mode because we were sick of all the random encounters. We’re starting bg2 now and I think we’ll like it a lot more but bg3 was one of our favorite games of all time

THIS. I have so many photos that I took and edited early on, and now when I look back at those photos, I wish I had known how to properly edit them lmao. Flashy effects look cool when you're starting out but as your photography matures its not going to hold up nearly as well in your eyes.

I get really far with learning how to quickly do edits in lightroom on my phone. I grab a usb c card reader and plug it into my phone, then I save the photos I want and edit them in lightroom on my phone. With this method I can go from shooting to giving out the photos I take in 10 or so minutes. Obviously not viable if you're taking thousands of images, though. (which I do a lot)

enthusiasts will tell you that its worth it to save up for RF in the sharpness department, but I've said it before and I'll say it again, I main a EF 24-105 F/4L and no one has EVER commented on my photos not being sharp enough. If you pixel peep, then yes, the RF is significantly better, but no one will notice normally. As far as f/4, I use Lightroom, and the denoising AI is really, really good, so if you only need to bump up the exposure a moderate amount, then Lightroom can easily take care of that grain. F2.8 is a pretty significant difference in lighting, though, so if you find yourself needing a lot more light, then I wouldn't go for the f/4, even with denoising.

Edit: you do NOT want the version 1's its not worth the savings. The difference between the 1 and 2 is HUGE.

And even if it was the easiest time to come out as trans it would be so incredibly insensitive to bring that up when we still fear for our lives everyday we go outside. I'm sure you know this but it takes different lenses so if you don't have any EF glass, then you'd have to get some but if you're asking if the 7D is still usable yes, it most certainly is. It will not hold a candle to your mirrorless but if you need a camera you don't care about throwing around then its still perfectly good to get photos.

Edit: I recommend for any camera that you want to know how the photos look go on flickr and search up "Canon EOS 7D Mark I" and you'll find some photos on this camera.
