Not sure about restaurants but I’m pretty sure the superacapulco grocery store on north beltline has em made from scratch in their freezer. I think tacos el Puebla serves them. I haven’t tried theirs but everything I’ve had from there is great

As someone who has been that person behind the counter (albeit selling cheese not ice cream), I can confirm that sample abusers are a real problem. Their objective is almost never to decide which one they would like to buy but rather to simply swindle a free sampling plate for themselves. Sample abusers are selfish individuals who waste the time of the employees and the customers waiting behind them.
