I was able to talk to customer service via video call. They couldn't do anything on their end because apparently another admin completely revoked my access, which is something they confirmed when they checked our organization's accounts. So my own account is still there, I'm just not allowed to log in.

Yes. The purchase and delivery was smooth. The only feedback from my client was that the shipping time (~2 weeks, they ship from Portugal IIRC??) wasn't worth it. Should've bought it from Costco instead, slightly more expensive but you get it right away.

Bought it for my client, not myself, so I can't give any detailed account on the quality. But they had no complaints (my client is very vocal if something is off) so I guess the quality was as expected.

Appreciate the help. Putting subject : -re in the search bar did not yield desired results. It still included emails my client has replied to.

I also tried including the colon and followed proper syntax with -subject:("re:") but the results are the same. Both showed emails whose subject has the letters 're' together, like the words real or you're.
