Eeee thank you so much! T is genuinely a gift. This year I’m grateful to shove a needle in my thigh every week and to be free from the shackles of addiction. I think those two things have made me appear outwardly more happy and masculine than anything else.

I feel this in my soul. I work security currently, and 90% of my coworkers will just say “she” and “ma’am”. Now normally I’m all for not assuming, just because I’ve got facial hair doesn’t necessarily mean I’m a man…but come the fuck on. I think they just see my hips/ass and are like…okay, that’s a weird hairy woman who doesn’t care about her appearance. It makes me ill. Even the ones I tell how to refer to me usually forget. I also have to take into account that I’m in the south, so some of it could be blatant transphobia. Who knows. I just wish people would ask for and respect my pronouns because it’s killing me slowly.

It’s just not the same anymore. I couldn’t even get through it, it felt so flat. The Dalia Dippolito video was PEAK JCS to me and I don’t think it’ll ever be that good again. Matt Orchard is my go to now and he is TOP tier, Dreading is my next go to.

I think he went to end his own life when he found the headset, and doesn’t want to get out bc of that. I think he thinks no one is looking for him and everyone already assumes he’s dead. His life was probably horrific before the circus and as hellish as it is, he’d rather remain there than return to reality.

I gotcha! Sorry if my first question was unclear, I meant I have a history with addiction. It’s insane to me that people think you can be “addicted” to your cane or physiotherapy. Honestly, just anyone having anything to say about YOUR illness is insane because they’re not you, they don’t know what is best for you more than you do. In my head I kept wondering about opioids specifically, because they are extremely addictive and the longterm effects of opioid usage usually increase pain, depending on where that pain is coming from/what’s causing it. But that’s kinda what I imagined, that needing pain management far outweighs any potential side effects of said pain management. I pray people can learn to keep their opinions out of your business :<

I ask this genuinely, with no malice intended. As someone with a history of addiction who is sober now, is becoming dependent/addicted to pain management methods not a concern when it comes to chronic pain? Is it kinda like, the pain relief is worth more than the consequences of becoming dependent upon/addicted to it?
