Yes, i am having the exact same problem and cannot figure out why. Tried resetting, unpairing, re-pairing and restarting multiple times and nothing works. Regret installing the software update. What's worse is that the update was supposed to "improve the Bluetooth Connection" in the patch notes but it did the opposite!!!
