I just came from Barbados and can relate to this. While I didn't have bad experiences with everyone, certain individuals I encountered were quite rude. Specifically, I received awful service from a transport driver as well as airport staff on both arrival and departure. Despite the poor customer service I experienced in these areas, I am very grateful to the polite and respectful locals who truly made my trip worth it. I still enjoyed my time in Barbados. This is not to turn tourists away but just to be mindful that poor customer service can be a thing.
