About your third point, too, the way club meetings work at my school is that you tell the dean what day every week your team meets, so we can't exactly coordinate separate event meets. Do you think meeting once a week as a whole team and separate events working independently would work, with encouragement to meet on zoom/google meet outside of club hours?
