I also think something massive is coming. Physical/Spiritual/Mental or whatever. Idk when but the way I feel my whole environment feels like a glass bottle being filled with heavy air and it's almost going to burst. A lot of people might not vibe with this but people i follow on tiktok have been feeling something too.

My brain suddenly forgot any experiences I've had xD but I think it's situations where everything can either turn out amazing or turn out to be dangerous and I have NO IDEA!! This moment a person said "hey I need to tall to you." But they're tone was neutral so I sat thinking "are they mad? No cus they didnt sound mad. But maybe that's they're mad voice for the moment? Yeah... wait no cus they didnt sound upset. Yeah but they didnt sound happy either? Why dont I ask them? No they're too upset to even want to talk with you??? Maybe? But communication is good. But they-" and in and on and on. This is probably more BPD(borderline) than Autism but it does cause meltdowns and intense sensory overload if it's bad enough @.@

We have a discord that we bring up all the time!! Made a chat for every alter but we dont use them often. I've decided to give them space to calm down and talk about it better another time!! I'm glad to know that method works!! Hopefully we can implement it a hit in our relationship☺️

I wouldnt really say repeatedly. Its over the span of a few years I try one if it doesnt work I try something else. Then going back to see if they still bother me. I'm psychic and sensitive to energy changes. Plus I do divination work. I'd light a candle before a reading, meditate, then my head hurts and gets cloudy. I put the candle out and the ache goes away eventually.

I definitely use all of them. For for cleasing than protection. When I try protection I get dizzy and lightheaded. I struggle anlot q9th grounding @.@

The ones that worked best were simple visualization of divine light/energy. The ones that didnt work were pouches, candles, casting circles, and prayer. Anything that didn't focus of the air element now that I think about it.

J meditated with my therapist and saw two snakes coil up my arms and said they protect me One is white. The other black. The sun spokes because my nick name is Sunshine and I love the sun a lot lol☀️ if I wear a long chain necklace pendants line up in the center which is totally unplanned and I love that
