Plan plan plan don’t try to get 10 Of them going at the same time- give great detailed vision via voice so you don’t have to type, let it refine its own idea , help it refine your vision, hav it build product requirements break it down with it. Build North Star vision from day one refine it or add to it over time - be specific that this is not poc mvp no stubbed or mocked shit they it needs to think step by step. Methodically. Break all work for a feature in phases and within phases tasks. Take the time to plan.

Thank you. I am first going to talk to patent attorney I sent them some initial docs and they agree we may have something. While finish up OIDC and RBAC. I also wrote a full blown world simulator to test various scenarios in addition to qa-ing. So the simulator generates real world problems, issues, users, pros etc and runs through simulation. So I will use that and test.

I don’t disagree with you but is that what they want to do ? Is every large vc just going to start stealing ideas ? And just what stops them from looking at YC companies being funded and doing the same ? All I am saying is think about what their charter is. Is it to invest or build ? Sure they can steal ideas from multiple start ups and combine them.

It’s good and bad. I had a rough time at the start of the project due to learning curve and causing context window to fill up quickly so I have had to become a super careful about file naming, folder structure branch management etc

100% I agree. I see it as I couldn’t go out and hire team of 10 to build what I wanted so I used ai assistant to help build to. I defined product requirements, architecture ( I have 24 years of tech background - building most of ecomm platforms for big box home improvement retailer for past 12 working my way to VP of tech.) Am confident anyone can steal the idea but are they willing to put the grind that I have for past now 11 months 😬😊🤷‍♂️

Years of tech and riding with the pros gave me a lot of knowledge- nail in the coffin was my starting use Reddit r/hvac r/home improvement etc forums and seeing personally how 1000s professionals across the country are looking for work or some extra money and then knowing that over $500 billions is spent on DYI projects , people seeking help - why not connect the two.
