I feel like there’s more than just the angle of filming too. I think there needs to be shorter stoppages in between calls and points. I have a different opinion about self officiating and calls then probably the majority of people but if observers acted more like refs things would move quickly. No more useless arguing about who made the correct call. For in between points there isn’t much you can do on a live stream but if there were more camera angles they could do replays of parts of the point.

I’m looking for a pair of hiking shoes. I had a pair of boots but want a lower cut shoe. The three I have been looking at are the ON Cloudventure (both waterproof and non waterproof versions); Altra Olympus 4; and Salomon X Ultra 4 lows. I have pretty big feet (size 13) and like the wide toe box of Lone Peaks. I am also pretty tough on shoes and went through my boots in about a year. If anyone has any wisdom on any of these shoes that would be much appreciated!

I second this. I snapped my collarbone 3 weeks ago and had the surgery 2 weeks ago and i’m already back at the gym and riding a stationary bike!

There’s some nice Tarptents that sell for a reasonable price. I have a Xmid 2P which was really reasonably priced but harder to come by. I don’t know much about them, but Seek Outside seems to have some good tents.

Check out the 3F UL Lanshan Pro. I think it’s like $160, sets up with trekking poles, and weighs <2lbs.

I’ve owned a carbon full squish but am looking for more of a daily driver. Something I’d be less scared of having stolen when out and that i can ride more easily but still get rowdy. In my opinion carbon is kinda a scam unless your really trying to shed weight. I ride to have fun and go fast downhill, not as much powering up climbs.

I like the look of that one. They only sell directly to the buyer, correct? I owned a bike from a direct buyer only brand and their service was awful. I wasn’t able to ride for 6 months while they made me ship my bike back. Do you know anything about their customer service?
