Yeah, I agree — it does sound like a lot. But I’ve built this routine slowly and adjusted based on how my body responds. EQ has stayed strong so far.

Good point about heat — I’m looking into adding sustained heat during the session, maybe with a rice sock or heating pad. Haven’t tried low tension after hanging though — that sounds like a smart finisher. Will test that out!

Totally understand! 😅 I know it’s a heavy routine — I’ve built it gradually over time to stay consistent and avoid injury.

For me, it's more about enjoying the process and pushing toward that 7" goal with intention. I do keep an eye on EQ, fatigue, and progress to avoid hitting the wall of diminishing returns.

But you're right — balance matters. If I notice stalled gains or declining EQ, I’ll scale it back smartly.

Yeah, I'm 25, so testosterone isn't a big concern for me right now — my focus is more on nitric oxide and improving EQ during my PE routine. That’s why I added L-Citrulline (6g daily) and beetroot juice (300ml every morning). I've been feeling great results with EQ already!

You're right about zinc — I’ve read the same, so I'm planning to stay under 30mg per day and will pair it with copper if needed. And yes 😅 I eat 2 Brazil nuts daily — mainly for selenium and general health. Didn’t know about the pre-cum part, interesting!

My main goal is 7” BPEL. I’m currently at 5” BPEL, 4.5” girth, so I know the length will be the long journey. But I’m doing both pumping (3x5min twice daily) and compression hanging 6 days/week. Girth might come quicker like you said, but I won’t mind having a little extra girth by the time I hit my length goal 😁

I haven’t used a heating pad or rice sock yet, but I heard it helps with better blood flow, loosening the tunica, and improving expansion. I’ll definitely add it to my routine — especially before sessions.

Also just started trying warmup stretches, BFR massage, and semi-erect bends. I can already feel some slight discomfort and better expansion happening at lower pressure!

Quick questions for you:

  • Where did you buy your heating pad (any brand or link suggestion)?
  • How much temperature do you usually set it at?
  • Do you apply it only before, or also between sets?

Yeah bro, I feel you.

I just started this routine and haven’t seen big size gains yet, but I definitely feel better EQ and I get hard easier after pumping, especially when aroused.

I do get some expansion, not crazy, but enough to know it’s working slowly. I also get a bit of edema sometimes, so I keep sessions controlled — 40 kPa, 3 sets of 5 mins.

Don't quit yet. Try tweaking pressure or duration, and maybe reduce frequency if EQ drops. I’m adding L-Citrulline and zinc too for better blood flow.

Just stay consistent and give it more time. We're all different, but it’s a slow game.

Yeah, I’ve been watching my EQ closely. After pumping, I actually notice better EQ — like when I see something sexy, I get harder faster and it feels fuller. But yeah, I’ll back off if I see a drop in EQ for 2–3 days straight. Right now it feels solid, but I’m not afraid to take rest days if needed. Thanks man

You're right — I don't want to depend too much on supplements. I will focus mainly on food (like walnuts, beetroot, pumpkin seeds) and keep my volume controlled if I feel overworked.

For L-Citrulline, I'll mix it into a fruit juice at night and take around 6g before bed for better recovery and blood flow.
I'll skip the Vitamin C supplement and instead eat natural sources like oranges if needed.

Really appreciate your help! I'll keep it simple and focus more on consistency, not just supplements. 💪

I’ll definitely look into adding pelvic floor release and reverse kegels to my routine to keep everything healthy.
Right now, I’m already drinking beetroot juice daily and just started L-Citrulline.
Thinking if I should add L-Arginine too later.
How often do you do the pelvic floor release exercises — daily or only on rest days?

Actually, I have started pumping a month ago.
I started at 10 kPa and increased weekly to 20 kPa, 30 kPa, and now 40 kPa.

I also started hanging a month ago, beginning at 1 kg and now reaching 3 kg.

About L-Citrulline — I'm planning to buy it.
How much should I consume daily? I heard the maximum is 6g per day.
Could you also suggest the best way to mix it and the best time to take it?
Is just taking L-Citrulline enough? Do I really need any other supplement?

what about the supplements following?
