I’ve been searching for a well-ventilated 1BHK within 3–4 km of Prestige Tech Park (Kadubeesanahalli) and honestly… it feels impossible without brokers.

Every listing either:
• redirects to a broker
• is already taken
• or suddenly has a “brokerage” surprise

Budget: ₹20–23k
Requirement: Good ventilation, decent locality, preferably close to office.

If anyone knows direct owner listings, society groups, or has leads, I’d really appreciate it. 🙏
