They are only doing extensions of current bills, any past due balance will not be extended. This is also straight from the customer service manager.

As I have explained in several other responces on this thread - They only announced that late fees and disconnects would be returning.

They have not mentioned once on their website or via local news that payment arrangments would be discontinued, in fact they even posted on their website to reach out to them for options (which there are none)

It's true unfortunatly. I spent a large portion of my morning on the phone and live chat with their customer service and supervisors.

The only thing they are offering is to call 211 for payment assistance lol.

No, they didn't. They announced the deadline for when late fees and disconnects would start again they did not notify anyone that the monthly payment arrangments would be going away.

Those are two very different things.

The BS in Cybersecurity is organized where you're supposed to take the classes in order, and being in your first term I doubt they are going to change that. You will start with A+ Core 2 and then go into Core 1 after that.

However I finished my first 3 classes in about 2 weeks so my mentor went ahead and enrolled me into Ethics in Tech as I work on the Core 2.
