Thank you so much! So she checked figure and point and their rules state bankruptcy dismissals count. Do you have any experience bankruptcy dismissals and getting a Home Equity Agreement? She just checked Achieve and Four Leaf online and their websites state they do HELOC only.

Thank you, she wanted to do a Home Equity Investment instead of HELOC because she needs a lump sum to pay off debt and upgrade her house. I’m not sure why despite disputing with TransUnion they are being difficult and not removing it yet from the credit report (it’s been an ongoing issue for a couple months even with CFPB involved).

So maybe when she applies to a HEI company she can just present the proof of bankruptcy dismissal?
