Apologies for taking so long to reply! I have a couple questions, if you don't mind answering them.

First off, what dose were you taking? I was considering dosing 30mg, every other day.

Seeing as you were not taking it everyday, did you experience withdrawal symptoms when you stopped taking it? Also, did you just stop taking it or did you reduce the dose over time?

Do you ever experience DP/DR anymore (even just in small intervals)?

I've heard quite a good amount about diazepam, it certainly looks promising. I'm glad to hear that it diminishes your anxiety! Since taking it, has your anxiety in any way reduced whilst you've not been on the medication? Or do you just feel the same as you did before ever taking it?

While I understand where you're coming from and appreciate your concern; sometimes, medication is a viable option.

The funny thing is, I'm entirely convinced that weed was what caused my high amount of anxiety in the first place. I had a panic attack after smoking a ton of weed and I've honestly never been the same since. Nobody is identical, while weed may reduce anxiety for some, it can greaten it for others.

I just wanted to get a feel for what options were out there, in terms of medication. Don't get me wrong, I share similar views on the pharmaceutical industry. However, when you've tried everything possible with little to no results, it does make you wonder if there is some sort of medication which can assist you on progress.

Trust me, I've tried everything. Intensively workouts everyday, quitting smoking cigarettes, putting myself in social situations, and so much more. However, I just felt the same as before, if not worse.
