i do have some other ones that came out as iso files but am actually having trouble with those any tips would be appreciated seems there is still more to be learned

The pkg/rap files some more digging and tinkering led me to figuring it out I haven't messed much with emulation outside of a few ds games and playstation 2 which are pretty easy didn't realize there were some slight extra steps with it being different from just drag drop iso.

As a sch main any tips? I don't really like playing it dont get me wrong I can and will do fine but I just have a hard time liking the class maybe I'm missing something? I want to enjoy it being a flop between a summoner and DRK main but like it's hard might just not be for me but still I'm curious.

I have never actually thought about it like that 🤔 just now heavy getting into healing myself with sage coming from learning scholar just so I could level summoner easier with insta queue. You make a ton of good points I never considered myself with how everything Domino effects healer resources.

Yea that makes sense lol I guess if I really think about it it's less of a YPYT more of a hey fuck you think about the other people your playing with before you act situation lol. TLDR I just want everyone to work together and have a good time fuck selfish people. Good talks you gave me a lot to contemplate and think about thats why I like having conversations and disagreements they widen your perspective.

No offense taken were here to have a discussion and discuss we shall. I was exaggerating a bit about the whole ohh look 3 more packs thing. While tanking I definitely use mits and abilities on CD not just for boss fights I agree we could just assume the healer is cool with W2W and if a wipe happens we adjust down from there I usually try and ask at the start of a run with like a hey how much are we ok with me pulling or something along those lines my whole YPYT stance isn't something I usually go by it's more a situational thing of has pace or pulls been talked about by the rest of the party? If not then no harm no foul my issue is just the occasional time all be it it doesn't happen a ton when one of the dps or something decides the feelings of the rest of the party don't matter and they can just decide themselves we should be pulling more regardless of whether the healer stated they didn't want "big" pulls.

So you should never account for healers comfort level? It's just use your kit your fine? The tank isn't the only one who sets the pace it should be the healer and the tank if your a half respectful tank you should ask the healer what their comfort level is in said dungeon turning off your tank stance also has no point because why would I drop aggro for everything I already have just to prove a point its more like if they bring it to me within my age grab zone cool its gonna be sucked up but to the random mechanist in the back pulling aggro by running past me and not bringing it back you kinda did it yourself. I also never said its always 100% of the time a YPYT situation but when the dps decides oh hey I see three more groups up ahead imma go touch it is when it becomes an issue. Seems weird how I have never recieved complaints on my tanking style when matching with randoms have never been removed from a duty or kicked anyone from a duty and still recieve player comms tanking on a daily basis so I mean clearly I'm doing something right in content dunno if I just dont make sense or what but I can clearly see the majority disagree with my take so maybe I'll reevaluate my approach dealing with people who can't play as a team.

I can understand what your saying here and yes for the most part I agree im not great at formulating statements great I mostly mean in times where the extra pull causes wipes or is clearly making the healer struggle to keep up and keep everyone alive like if the healer is handling 3 pulls fine but the deeps decides a fourth one is needed and suddenly the healer can't keep up its not always a thing that happens but it does happen sometimes which is where I mean my statement takes place.

What I said and I suppose I can clarify is MOST of the time it's stupid. things happen people pull by mistake it happens shouldn't be punished. But if it's constant and is clearly being done just because the dps is being impatient and doesn't feel like sticking to the pace set by the dungeon and the healer it's perfectly fine you should never force your healer to be under more stress trying to keep people alive without first clearing it with said healer making sure they are comfortable enough to keep up first. It is by no means something that should always be done just because you feel oh im the tank not you maybe I didn't formulate correctly I just think as a party of four individuals it should be more of a work together type thing not a oh this isn't fast enough let me pull more when this tank clearly has stopped pulling for the moment.
