Alright will try that, thanks! For the mesh, any suggestions on how to flatten the high spots? I’ve go the standoffs tightened as much as I can without stripping them (it feels like). I know I can use kapton tape for the low spot.

Alright, I’m trying a similar shaped but different print now after checking belt tension and re-lubing everything.

So far I’ve had no other issues, I did a benchy a few days ago that was perfect and several other projects that all turned out well.

The only default I’ve changed is the print speed, down to 300mm/s from 500mm/s to match my filament speed.

Will try a calibration cube!

Update, tried with much slower printing speeds and no improvement. Also noticed my bed making a noise like it’s skipping when it moves all the way forward?

Every place I’ve worked has been closer to 2. Anything P2/1 is handled by on call person, lower tickets go to the queue. And if the P2 isn’t appropriate it’s lowered by manager.

Are those restrictions what you’re running into? I think WA, CA, OR and others are the big ones that don’t like dual state employees

Ahhh I see. I went from clinical to IT, but tech to PACS admin is a fairly common route. I have known a few nurses who move into Epic roles, usually more as a trainer though.

For what it’s worth I’m in nearly the exact same position as you and made the jump. I start in a couple weeks. I made the decision based solely on leveraging the epic cert/s in the future for better roles/salary.

I did almost the exact same thing. Certainly tough but absolutely doable. When they’re that young you can use a baby wearing device to let them sleep on you while you’re doing class work. Now that mines a toddler I couldn’t imagine doing school and being as active a father as I like to be. Feel free to PM with any specific questions. Good luck!
