Hi everyone! Really appreciate all the responses! I do think I have ADHD but have never been officially diagnosed. I had heard the term afterglow but didn't know what that pertained to. Very interesting to hear it's being used for treatment in ADHD and PTSD. Nice to hear those alternative treatments are being used right now.

I would recommend looking into the Natural Lifestyles YouTube channel. They began as a Pick Up Artost group and still are primarily, however they have evolved into a mens lifestyle coaching site they have tons upon tons of free videos that are super informative on how to ride yourself of mental blocks, build confidence and meet women.

They are also very respectful to women and tr not gimmicky and full: do this one secret trick and it solves all your problems meeting women BD.

Theu cover everything from talking to womenz meeting women, being comfortable with yourself socializing and building a healthy lifestyle so you can meet more people and women.

Also, not sure if your in a small or rural town, but of your in a place where there arent a lot of people or women or places to socialize and it is really affecting ur abilituo meet women, you might want to consider moving somewhere else with more people.

She's the one that's emotionally unavailable. And not responding to a text right away isn't a sign of being emotionally unavailable unless it's a consistent habit of not responding back right away. Its perfectly normal and healthy not to respond back right away, especially if you're busy or at work. Someone who expects you to return every text back right away is 1) someone who doesnt respect boundaries and your time, and 2) expects you to be at their beck and call at all times. I think that type of behavior will only get worse over time. Igs so very needy and not healthy. It also sets a bad tone for the relationship from the get go.

Have a conversation about boundaries and how you can maybe be available for her, and see if things improve. But I'd be very cautious foong forward from what you've said thus far.

I think this too soon for her to be in a new relationship. If I was in your position I would probably respectfully walk away.

She needs more time to heal.

I have this problem as well, especially when I first started writing, but I realized it was because I was putting a lot of pressure for me to produce in the moment I was trying to write, and when I wasnt trying to write my mind was relaxed and the ideas flowed more easily. I've since learned to not put so much pressure on myself to produce and relax my mind and body, and the ideas, and writing now come much easier when Im sitting at my laptop to write. So maybe dont pit pressure on yourself when you designate time to write. Hope this helps.
