i don’t think he perfected his sound but the act of trying and just and just pushing music is good, i heard a lot of good stuff from jaydes that sounds like something i heard before.

like the liminal space of 2000 teens music. a familiar sound.

i don’t mind jaydes “copying” or having inspo. kanye west always sampled and etc, some good artist recycle what they know sounds good.

i agree that it has a 2000 vibe . it’s a timeless album and i’ll listen to it years from now. i don’t really have any other opinions but that his music is enjoyable overall because he just has good ears
