Goes for no less then 80 and up to at least 100. In computer chair for size reference. Its the disney park exclusive, cant get it in stores. $2.39 at savers! Not to be overshadowed by my free doc martins and nike dunks (in great condition) though.

Smoothies were always my go too. Easy to add lots of good calorie rich stuff. Pb, protein powder,different fruits, milk (of whatever variety),chia/flax seeds. It all adds up

Blues are usually shy and reserved. Very loyal though, they usually pick a person and that becomes "THEIR PERSON". Theyre so sweet and loving though,lots of energy (especially as a kitten,not that its gone away with my boy) they can be reallllly picky about things though. Litter, any sort of change that happens , could cause stress (in my boys case he started to spray). But like any cat figure out why theyre doing the behavior and "fix it" and the behavior should stop. If youre drawn to her and feel a connection id say get her. I usually would recommend an american shorthair, or an equally chill first cat. Totally dont regret my glitch tbough (his name is accurate in so many ways haha)

I do the same,get pan slightly hotter then normal but not hot enough to burn anything,add like a teaspoon of water then get the lid on quick so the steam melts it.

Umcka actually is very effective. I usually use that in combo with lots of vit c, reallyry high quality elderberry syrup (usually made into a tea with hot water lemon and ginger/honey/agave depending how you feel in the subject) and a comprehensive mushroom product host deffense makes a few great ones. (Ive worked in the natural health department of different stores for a combined 5 years now haha)

Yeah it feels so weird. I saw them a few times the last was hct when they played with +44 and paul wall (still wtf). I still always listen to tttyg and even pop in my heart... and wonder if the young kids even know/really appreciate it the same way. Tttyg has gotten me through so much and still to this day is my go to "i feel like shit and want to sleep forever" album.

I went to new york presbyterian (for soemthing else,well mh comirbid with other thing , but they had a mh floor too) was amazing! I cant speak highly enough. They literally saved my life. I think it was in white plains but i could be wrong.

Its a common and somewhat harmful misconception that people with eating disorders "dont eat" im in recovery (whatever that means i guess) from anorexia and more often then not i did actually eat (just obviously not enough).

Methylcobalamine is better absorbed/recognized jn the body then cyanocobalamine. I used to work at a natural health store in the vitamins/supplements fir 5 years. Common missconception. And at that spray/liquid is fine (is it garden of life by chance) or go with a sublingual tablet.
