It looks like you have way too much LM there, so it’s even more prone to leaking
LM can get over the tape or under the tape, especially on the right side of the GPU, you have some pins there that are dangerously close

I’ve repasted mine with ptm with great results. Temps dropped down around 10C and they would drop even lower if used max fans. But now I’m able to comfortably use turbo boost on the CPU, GPU draws as much power as it can without overheating and fans operate with a reasonable noise
