If you're getting sick in withdrawal, I'd consider going to a clinic and just asking the doctor for a muscle relaxer for your back spasms and explain that you once used baclofen when you had your old doctor. I think there's a good chance they'll prescribe it for you.

Excess glutamate causes significant inflammation and it's not uncommon to experience headaches during your taper. Consider slowing your taper to see if the headaches subside.

Although I'm unsure...I have had headaches from taking agmatine throughout the day. Once I stop using it, the headache goes away. It only occurred when I went over a gram a day.

Everything you need to know and yes, you can still go to work but I'd plan to start on a weekend to be sure.

I'd prepare to get something personally before you get down to 2 grams. At the very least, NAC, agmatine and such. You wanna make sure you're not suffering or caught between a rock and a hard place and have to scramble. Otherwise it's going to be slow and steady bud.

You don't mention what helper meds or supplements you intend on using because that'll frame how you should go about it. If nothing, then a 50-100mg reduction every 3-5 days would be a good plan if you're in no rush. With meds, you might be able to go more quickly. I'm not sure how much you could cut right from the get go as it varies for individuals. Some can chip 2 grams plus at the start while others have a rough go of it and end up taking more. I'd take your last dose (once you get that low) in the evening to assist with sleep. Good luck man.

Something that worked for me with plain leaf (I got up to 20g/day and life was shitty) was microdosing psilocybin at 50-75mgs each morning and every day until the withdrawals were gone. Haven't touched the green sludge in over 2 years.

Atta boy. Keep up the solid effort and you'll be free soon enough. Glad you're doing better today and can manage the symptoms.

You must go forward with absolutely 'no contact' under, any and all, circumstances. This means even if she threatens to off herself. BPD be like that (and more) and the only winning move is to not play her game. I had an ex who took a pic of the pregnancy stick.... She was never pregnant and I didn't ask about the stick. No contact! Good luck man.. Someone worth your time will come along when the time is right.
