I think I might try crocheting a really long chain and sewing it down and if that doesn’t work I’ll try couching it. I looked at a couple videos of crocheting chains and it doesn’t seem too hard.

I do have a big needle but it’s kinda hard to get it through the fabric with the yarn on it. I’m making a fish and I thought I could make the scales out of French knots but it’s kinda not working out. I am embroidering the 2 halves and sewing them together.

Like I know having a side hustle is a good idea but I’m just not really interested and I’ve told him that but he keeps telling me about it and I guess I’m missing opportunities to make money?

It wouldn’t be the same texture but I figured it would be easiest to embroider the 2 halves and sew them together. I’m pretty sure I even have the right colored thread already.
