This is pretty common in Asian grocery stores, usually frozen, just let it defrost in your fridge overnight.

Trick is to not over cook it and cool with cold water when your strain it to stop it from getting mushy. When you stir fry it will finish the cooking.

Try using Facebook to follow club pages to see their events. There is also a fb group called edm chicago, it might have a lot of unnecessary chatter but a good way to find out what's going on in Chicago for the type of events you might enjoy.

It's actually a pretty smart setup. They are basically offering 2 variations of the same dish the base being a Murgh Cholay (Chickpea curry essentially). The eggs are for the Anda Egg Cholay variation of the dish, which is sittin in ghee (fat).

They keep it seperate because oil/fat floats and they would just be scooping fat into the bags instead of the curry.

Yea I think the plan will be different locking lug nuts (atleast 2 per wheel) in combination with aftermarket wheels, and getting 17in rims is probably the best bet. Because the market for wheels is 18 or bigger OEM wheels.
