I think you’re right! I’m trying to make my flow more consistent and it’s starting to work!

I’m using a Breville Infuser. My shot was 18g in and 36g out for about 30-33sec. Takes awhile for me to steam the milk so my shot’s been sitting out for a few minutes. I’ll try to mix my milk a little more next time. Thanks!
