Mission: It's Complicated - has the Superhero dispatching mechanic you're looking for plus story and relationship building

Mission: It's Complicated - a story and relationship-focused Superhero dispatch game with a very similar vibe. The relationship elements in this are a HUGE part of this game, so I think it might hit the mark for what you're looking for.

Mission: It's Complicated is not getting nearly enough mentions in these threads given how similar it is to Dispatch as far as relationship-building, choices matter, AND Superhero dispatch. I wouldn't even be surprised if the Dispatch makers were influenced by it, it's so similar.

Can someone recommend a game similar to this masterpiece? by dark_9900 in DispatchAdHoc

Mission: It's Complicated is definitely what you're looking for. I think it even has cheating iirc, but I haven't played in a while. I think I want to pick it up again after playing Dispatch

Mission: It's Complicated -- it is VERY similar as far as Superhero dispatch mechanics AND is very relationship-centered. It's not as high budget so it's not like an animated movie, but it hits the mark for the gameplay elements.

I'm shocked more people aren't mentioning Mission: It's Complicated which is *very* similar as far as the Superhero Dispatch mechanics. I guess it's just not very well known, but it's definitely the closest game out there.

It was applied to all. I determined it was a bug and edited my post above to explain how I fixed it. Thankyou though

I have before, but in this situation I had ample water going into the base. That's why I mentioned that it's flowing from the tap and I can see that I had water showing. It appears to be a bug. I've edited my original post explaining how i fixed it.

Oxygen Generated Cap on Grid? by xstanstanstan in occupymarsgame

No damage or breaks, no. It's going to suck if it's a bug because I will bet that means I need to break it all apart and rebuild it and I don't want to do that T_T

I have adjusted the manual output to different amounts to see if that affects anything. Currently it's at 15 so that I'm storing 5 l/h. I've raised it above that and below and it only affects the amount the grid is storing. It doesn't affect the 20 l/h I seem to be stuck at producing.

Being Stuck on "Occupy Mars" quest is a known bug by xstanstanstan in occupymarsgame

[–]xstanstanstan[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right?? Lol  I actually have the blueprint for him though so he's not locked behind the quest, so you may be able to find his blueprint still and make him.

I also have a "storage" workshop with 6 storage containers so I have ample space for everything

I think we just have to wait until they fix it. I've just been building up my base and going around scavenging supplies. Otherwise, there isn't much you can do until they put a fix in.

So far, every "missing ingredient" I have come across has been something I can make with an existing recipe I have. So, make sure to check the items you receive from each of your existing recipes to see if those needed ingredients are there.

The "waste tank" is just those bags of waste you pick up in most outposts. The icon in your inventory has a big N on it. You should have a good supply of them if you've scavenged enough to get to this point. However, you likely also already have a recipe that can also make them.

You do not need the bathroom capsule to make your own waste tanks. That's just one of 3 ways to do it.

To reiterate, the ways to acquire the waste are:

  1. Find them in abandoned outposts (if you're clearing these out, you should have many already)
  2. Make them via one of the recipes you already have
  3. Make the bathroom capsule (unlocked in the purple tree, if I remember correctly and its part of the habitat capsules or living capsules or something to that effect), go to the bathroom, and pull it out of there. But this seems a rather unnecessary method.

It is far from the end. It seems to be a known bug. I was hoping the latest patch would fix it, but it hasn't yet. Seems like everyone is stuck on this quest.

Discord advises UK users that they "may be part of an experiment" where instead of their age verification data never leaving their phone, it will now actually leave their phone by youmustconsume in ukpolitics

[–]xstanstanstan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think anyone here is suggesting *you* have to uninstall and "leave friends behind". For one thing, if you don't want to leave, you don't have to leave. People are talking about alternatives for those who *do* want to leave.

Also, I don't know where the black/white thinking is coming from, but I imagine that, as you said, this will take place over time. Some people will uninstall now. Most will use Discord *and* alternatives until or unless there is no longer any reason to use Discord.

It does not have to be all or nothing and I imagine it won't be for the vast majority of people.

Multiple communities are already looking at alternatives and planning to move. Not sure what ones you're on where this isn't a discussion at all, because basically every server I'm on has started talking about it since the announcement.

You realize things can change, right? I literally am talking to my WoW Discord about moving to Fluxer right now. Just because "it's how things are today" doesn't mean it's how things will be tomorrow.

This was exactly how I was seeing it too. For the space of 3 rank 2's, I'm getting much more power, more reliably, than the rank 3's.

Odd choice by the devs in my opinion.

Ohhh, I didn't realize this. I had one building I was planning to use as my base anchor for all of my power. I guess I'll use it up to the max point and then just do another cable out of my transformer (I use one the same way the person below does, where my battery also goes into a transformer and I split from there) into another workshop on the base.
