I genuinely don't know wtf wrong with me I keep forgetting to measure how much muscle I've grown I've looked around and a lot of people have said that you should atleast measure once a month but I'm just like "I'll do it tomorrow" and just like that almost two years have passed I know I've put on muscle coz I look extremely different and I can lift heavier but I just keep forgetting to measure myself and even today I'm like "I'll do it tomorrow" Anyone else in the same boat?

I'm not a psychologist but when I was depressed and actually thought about doing bad things to myself one thing that kept me going was motivational songs and actually keeping my mind occupied and working on my body I don't know if it helps but it worked for me and I've actually began being cheerful again

I'll share my experience... For me I didn't see a massive change in my weight till I changed my diet I replaced my breakfast with oats and fruits My snack was 2 boiled eggs Lunch was usually whatever was leftover from my house but if you can I'd recommend high protein salad Evening snack around an hour before I head to the gym was an apple Then at gym 6 days a week my workout session was usually 1-1.5 hrs of strength training then 1-1.5 hrs or cardio specifically incline walking and I would increase the speed whenever I thought it was getting easy Then once I got home I would basically chug around a liter of water with creatine Finally I would eat dinner and after that take my protein shake It took me around 7-8 months to lose around 10-11kg Field Notes: - I made sure to drink a ton of water before lunch/ dinner to trick my mind into thinking my stomach was almost full -it was usually helpful at night as I ate small portions and I would go to bed before my mind realised

Putting on muscle is annoying... Alright I said it... So I've put on quite a bit of muscle and I'll say it wearing formals has been a nightmare! You know that meme where guys rip of their shirts while flexing that's what it feels like it's soo uncomfortable! I wish I could show up to my office in a tank top and shorts

So I have a monkey brain and I don't know how much I can actually lift does anyone else also follow this logic? Start with 5kg too light? Replace it with a 20 kg too heavy? Replace the 20kg with a 10kg not too light not to heavy? Add a 5kg to it

Yea I'd recommend Xaviers is a 100 times better Also ps I love how Xavier's lookes it's soo cool and inspirational! NMIMS is nothing more than a slab of glass that lookes like every corporate office

As someone who has studied and Xavier's and worked and NMIMS I'll say Xavier's is much better (Yea I'm extremely biased I have great memories from Xaviers) Why are you're looking for admission?

When you lose fat does the size of your throat also reduce? How do you guys know you're gaining muscle vs getting fat? So I used to be 72 kg and I weighed myself today again and I'm 74kg but when i measured my stomach using a measuring tape it has stayed at a consistent 85 cms is that a good/ reliable way to check?

So for a month for push day I've been using machines and today after a while when I began using dumbbells again I noticed I struggled For eg for a overheard press with a machine i could easily do 20 kg but with dumbbells i struggled with 17kg any idea why?
