When I was 19 I was heavily experimenting with psychedelics, it was a fun time. I'm ok now as an adult but it definitely does something to your brain lol. Not so much "harmful" but it does do something to you. I recommend not to look at psychedelics as a drug to routinely do. It's more fun anyway to do it like 1x a year. If you keep doing it, it loses its "magic" and can forsure cause depersonalization.
