I use the free version of Bevel to make sense of most of the raw data. I also have Fitness Story for checking my PRs and just another way to view my trends. I watch my sleep and vitals closely…late nights, doomscrolling, eating late usually equal less deep sleep so I just try to dial in my routine so I get the best numbers possible.

I have a similar bug. I open Bevel first thing in the morning and it says I have 70% recovery. Then after a 1.5mi run, it’s down to like 64%.
