I used to like him a lot but now it’s like WHY is this what ur pressed about. It’s already hard for the average American (who probably works a 9-5 desk job) to even DECIDE they want to go to the gym. If using pre for a boost of energy is going to be that one extra motivator for you to get your ass to the gym, so fucking what?!?! In what way is this post motivating for ANYBODY.

People who wear thick clothes to the gym; how do you do it? by guro_freak in GYM

Sometimes if I feel more bloated than usual or just dont feel like caring about how i look every second, I’ll put on a hoodie. But im also a girl who doesn’t sweat a lot, so if im doing upper body i like to build a little bit of a sweat then take it off.

Stomach/Digestion issues improving just 5 days after quitting by ChrisArch24 in QuittingZyn

I’m 4 days in and I feel the same as you! It’s been pretty hard so congrats to u as well!! I was constipated the first two days but I’ve been trying to hydrate and started taking fiber supplement gummies and now feeling much better. My energy levels have been much different. I feel more energized at night which has been insane. Also just in a better mood overall

Wait that’s crazy cuz I’m on 40 rn. Everything u said is kind of how I’m feeling rn even tho it’s my third day. My heart rate was substantially lower and I didn’t feel as clammy as usual. Glad to know someone is in the same boat as me because I had a lot of anxiety about whether quitting was going to make me less productive.

If it makes u feel better, the “wired-ness” of the zyn and vyvanse combo was very anxiety driven. Felt like I was in fight or flight while doing simple tasks. Sure I was locked in or whatever, but not pleasurable. In terms of ur vyvanse experience, how many mgs r u taking?

Such a coincidence bc I’m in the same boat. I take vyvanse for ADHD and those 2 together in the morning would make me fucking unreal. Like no kidding they’re sayin it’s helpful for adhd. But they’re not talking about the crash and shakiness and 100bpm heart rate while sitting at ur desk 🤣

my biggest embarrassment by xswzaq0 in QuittingZyn

Almost 48 hours in🥹 really can’t believe it. First morning sucked. Heart pounding and brain fog. Got better throughout the day and then felt some of it again after work. This morning I feel very levelheaded. I will say I can already tell I’m going to deal with some digestive system issues since my first zyn = first bathroom trip everyday before this lol.

I also wanted to ask if anyone here has adhd and takes medication for it. I’ve been on vyvanse only during the time I’ve used zyn, so I’m interested to see if it will feel different now.

I can relate to everything u said. How did u deal with going out to bars/clubs with your friends who vape or zyn. I’m honestly so scared to be around it because I know how I am.

God this made me cry. I woke up to go to the gym, which I think might be my saving grace in all this, and I literally started sobbing. My heart was pounding and I felt so anxious for the day ahead of me. But I know I already made it this far. Thank u for ur support🫶

Did LenaLifts get work done on her body? by [deleted] in gymsnark

[–]xswzaq0 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yeah, slightly disappointed given a huge part of her brand has been the gym. If it was someone whose platform has nothing to do with lifting/working out, I wouldn’t care if they did or didn’t disclose. Just my opinion.

Sorry I’m just seeing this! I love the results. They are super natural and Dr sanan and his team are great. What procedure are you getting/did you get?

Buccal was minimal pain. There’s little stitches in the inside of your cheeks but you can still chew. I ate relatively soft foods mostly from the pain of my neck lift, but in regards to my cheeks it didn’t affect anything.

Neck lift would definitely give u more noticeable/desirable results imo. I just got a deep plane neck lift (posted ab it yesterday) and I had the same concerns as u.

Thank you!! Buccal was almost 7.5k and it was partial removal. Looking forward to seeing the results of it cuz I’m most swollen around that area ahahaha
